If you have a fitness goal,
I can help you achieve it.

As a strength & conditioning coach and expert as well as an elite age group triathlete, I’ve helped people of all abilities achieve their fitness and wellness goals. Using the knowledge and education I’ve gained as a coach and athlete, I adapt the principles of training science to your unique goals and life—whether you’re a senior-level executive or a full-time mom. The only requirement is a shared vision and the will to do the work. Whether you are trying to qualify for the Ironman World Championships, finish your first 5k, or just lose a few pounds and learn to exercise safely and effectively; I’ll help you develop a strategy to see your vision to fruition.

Here’s what you can expect when we start working together.

Where Are You Now?

First we’ll sit down and discuss your objectives, establish a baseline for your current fitness, and determine how many hours per week you have to train. We’ll also discuss any injuries or health conditions in order to develop a safe and effective program.

Where Do You Want to Go?

Once we have broadly established where you are, we’ll set out some measurable, realistic and specific fitness objectives. Example: “Go from a 10:00/mile pace to an 8:00/mile pace for a marathon by next spring.”

How Do We Get There?

As your coach, I’ll develop your unique training program with detailed workouts. We’ll have a regularly scheduled phone meeting each week to check on your progress. In between those, I’m always available to you by email and phone.

Making Modifications

Each time we meet, we will review our progress against the objectives we’ve laid out. If something’s not working, or if something pops up in your life that requires a change to your schedule, we’ll make adjustments. As long as you put in the hard work and dedication, I’ll make sure you stay on track.
